SHIPPING
Your pieces will be shipped from Sweden or The Netherlands, depending on where I’ll be during a sale drop.
In either case, I aim to ship your orders within 5 working days; however, I would greatly appreciate your patience in the event of any unforeseeable delays that may arise.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If there are any issues with your item, or if you’re unpleased with it, please get in touch via hi@kleifde.com.
I stand by all the ceramic pieces that I make, so returns will be accepted as long as they are in an unused and undamaged condition.
Please securely pack the item in its original packaging and return it within 14 days of receiving it. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, email me at hi@kleifde.com.
Upon safe receipt of the unused, undamaged item, a refund will be issued. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
CUSTOMS. DUTIES AND TAXES
Depending on your location, extra duty or custom fees and taxes may be relevant for you. Please keep in mind that you might need to pay them before your parcel arrives.
You are responsible for any local customs, duties, or taxes on your delivery. If these fees are not paid, the parcel could be returned or destroyed, and no refunds for the product or shipping will be given.
